Crystal Documents Utility

Crystal Documents enhances Sybiz Vision's document printing capabilities at transaction time.

Features

  • Multiple printed documents per transaction - You can set up as many additional Crystal documents as required. Great for those sites that require a delivery docket and a tax invoice when processing an invoice.
  • Email documents - You can set a document to either print or email. Emailed documents are sent to the appropriate customer/supplier's contact email address.
  • Full Crystal reports functionality - Conditional formatting, graphs, formula calculations, subreports. Everything you always wanted in a Vision form.
  • Per Company Setup - Documents are specified on a per company basis, and per user, so different companies and users can have completely different sets of documents.
  • Document Selection at Run Time - Users can set the module to show which documents are available each time a transaction is processed. The user can then select which documents they want this time. These setting are remembered for next time and the user may optionally suppress the selection screen altogether if their document requirements are consistent.
  • Easy setup - A maintenance utility is available from the Vision Utilities menu making setup quick. Breakpoints are automatically added to the external table to enable printing at the required time.
  • Expanding range of documents - Currently we support documents for Sales quotes, orders, deliveries and invoices plus purchase orders, deliveries and invoices. Support for credits and returns will be added shortly and other documents such as stock transfers, receipts, payments etc over time. Sample layouts are provided for all the currently supports documents.
  • Reprinting Documents - All of the supported documents can be reprinted at any time. Information is read directly from transaction tables at run time. A simple document finder system is included.
